Steps for integrating My WorkspaceSM into your practiceStep 1 - On-site Demonstrationmy1HIE® staff provides your practice with a comprehensive demonstration showing you and your staff everything that My WorkspaceSM has to offer and illustrates how it will transform your practice. Step 2 - Review & Approve my1HIE® Agreements my1HIE® service agreements and contracts cover the My WorkspaceSM physician web portal, clinical applications, my1HIE® responsibilities and the responsibilities of your practice. Step 3 - Pre-Training Assessment The my1HIE® team will review your practices processes and equipment to determine if any additional hardware or software upgrades are required to meet technical requirements. Step 4 - Onsite Training & Implementation my1HIE®'s Training & Implementation Program was designed to ensure your experience is productive and as easy as possible. Our program seamlessly integrates the applications in your practice within just a few weeks. We will work with you and your staff to make sure your entire practice is taught the most efficient practice and procedures, ensuring you the experience and value you deserve.
