my1HIE® Implements Wellcentive Patient Registry

ATLANTA AND BINGHAM FARMS, MICH., Jan. 26, 2009 – WellCentive, LLC today announced that WellCentive Registry has been selected by my1HIE® (My One Health Information Exchange) as its patient registry and disease management system. Through the use of WellCentive Registry, more than 1,000 my1HIE physicians and other health care providers in Southeast Michigan will be better able to provide preventive care services and track and manage patients with chronic health conditions, such as diabetes, asthma or heart disease. WellCentive Registry combines the capabilities of a Web-based, community-wide, point-of-care all-patient registry system with custom interfacing, customizable alerts, targeted patient outreach, comprehensive reporting tools, secure messaging features and direct reporting of outcomes to a variety of payors.
