My Workspace

Designed by physicians for physicians, My WorkspaceSM is a secure, easy-to-use physician web portal that connects physicians to other healthcare providers and clinical applications. Developed with Covisint, a division of Compuware, My WorkspaceSM enables providers to access clinical applications such as e-Prescribing, e-Labs and Patient Registry tools with a single unique user name and password 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from any location with an Internet connection. Currently, there are more than 800 affiliated physicians utilizing clinical applications and more than 4,000 currently connecting with My WorkspaceSM.

HIPAA Secure Physician Email
Physician email can be used to collaborate on patient care by physicians and their staff within a practice or with other portal providers in a HIPAA secure forum. Information can now move quick and seamlessly from physician to physician without all of the hassles of phone calls, referrals and faxes.


Directed Communications
Receive bulletins on time sensitive issues such as: GUR scores, updated fee schedules, forum information, focus groups, date reminders, etc.


Resource Center
A Master File Cabinet for physician resources is available to all fully licensed users, giving you the ability to control your own file of favorite forms and access them from any computer with an Internet connection.


My IPA
An informational page where you can review the following information from your physician organization: peer rankings, incentive/value received to date from your organization, hospital affiliations, HMO membership information, health plan participation, GUR, report cards, membership benefits, news and industry information.


Physician Finder
Search participating physician for referrals by name, city, specialty, hospital affiliation or health plan participation. Once located you can print out a map for the patient illustrating their office location.


Patient Finder
Current patient demographics include: current medications, allergies and history through a patient dashboard. Patient Finder is the gateway to clinical applications and patient data and is uploaded for your patients from your practice management system.
